Female genital mutilation (FGM) or clitoridectomy is an Islamic tradition, rampant in the Muslim world. Over 96% of the women in Egypt have been clitoridectomized. Back in 2008, devout members of the Egyptian parliament have made female genital mutilation (circumcision) legal again in Egypt.
This has become a pressing issue here in America. The American Academy of Pediatrics proposed a resolution to begin to practice this barbaric mutilation in a multicultural, dhimmi effort — a “nick,” as it were. Whatever their twisted multi-culti, dhimmi intention, this would have given clitoridectomy the seal of approval by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
There was uniform protest by counter-jihadists and other human rights groups to withdraw the American Pediatric Academy’s FGM resolution. And it withdrew the resolution. Some Muslim girls across America were saved in the nick of time ….
Whatever their twisted intention, such consideration was unfathomable to decent, reasoned human beings.
The British authorities, in the case of these FGM parties, say “by the time the girls are cut, the woman ‘cutter’ is on her flight back to the country she came from. We can’t go after the cutter.” I don’t see why not. Stop banning the truth tellers and start fighting the fight.

Female genital mutilation “parties”, at which dozens of girls are operated on by older women specially flown in from abroad, are taking place in Britain, physicians have told MPs.
The Guardian reports that the Commons Home Affairs Select Committee heard from a variety of health officials about the spread of the practice throughout Britain.
FGM Clitoridectomy
Janet Fylde of the Royal College of Midwives said that by the time authorities had been alerted of the parties, the “cutter” – the woman performing the operation – will have left. “By the time the girls are cut, the woman ‘cutter’ is on her flight back to the country she came from. We can’t go after the cutter. We don’t know who she or he is. The parents have to be held responsible,” she said.
Professor Janice Rymer of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, also said that female genital mutilation was happening in Britain. She said she had “no idea” of the scale, but she was “sure it is happening in the country”.
MPs were also told that between 75 and 80 women a year were undergoing reversal operations for female genital mutilation in Britain.
The practice involves deliberately cutting the female genital organs, and is often performed by women who have no medical training.
NHS Direct says that it is often carried out without anaesthetics or antiseptics, and can involve the use of knives, scissors, pieces of glass or razor blades.
Long term consequences include kidney impairment, complications during pregnancy, and chronic infection. It is estimated that over 20,000 girls under the age of 15 are at risk of being subject the to the procedure in the UK.
And of course, the Islamic objective: no sexual pleasure for women.

Do the “cutters” bring their own rusty knives and filthy broken bottles from home for an authentic experience?
Is there anything loving muslim mothers wouldn’t do for their beloved daughters?
Nahhh... a quick tossing of the old rubbish bin or gutter on a Saturday morning will turn up enough broken bottles for the task.
If parents want to cut the ears off their kids, or cut out their tongues, the British authorities won’t act on that either?
Clitorectomy is only a small part of FGM.
At the risk of being too graphic, another common muslim practice involves the sewing together of the labia of the child which is not to be penetrated until the wedding night.
One thing that troubles me a great deal, is the use of the term ‘female circumcision’. That would tend to make folks hearing that term think it was not unlike what men go through.
The fact is, the surgery is performed to impair the woman from having normal sexual fulfillment.
That’s not equivalent oto male circumcision.
I would appreciate it if anyone who really knows a lot about this, could address the issue.
Of course in the states, who would know what the straight scoop was on this, unless they served time abroad?

To be fair, we should point out that this is not a specifically Muslim practice, as there are very high rates among Coptic Christians in Egypt, possibly higher than among Egyptian Muslims. Christians in various other African countries also have high rates, such as in Ethiopia.
In much of Africa, the people doing this are Christians or animists, not Muslims.
So the practice is not limited to Muslims. Nor do all Muslims practice it, as there are vast swaths of the Muslim world where the practice is unknown.

Yes. It’s past the time for this “procedure” to be correctly defined. Enough of such delicate misnomers as “genital mutilation” and “female circumcision”.
It is amputation.
One problem is that this is not a uniform practice. The severity of the procedure varies greatly.
At the low end is a procedure that, at least insofar as its effect on sexual pleasure, is probably not enormously different from male circumcision, which it should be noted there are activists presently campaigning to have banned.
At the other end are horrific procedures more analogous to castration than circumcision.
I’m not in favor of any of them, but let’s at least recognize that they are not all the same.
Appeasing Muslims is a dirty business that Western governments shouldn’t be engaged in. Political correctness has browbeaten entire populations into stupidly going along with barbarism and the destruction of our Western civilization. The dark ages aren’t as far from us as we believed.
Let’s remove the ‘tip’ of a certain part of these Mullas who advocate this. Fair is fair, is it not?

be brought to justice?

Contrast the expressions of the mother and her son.
The mother's smug smile while brandishing the knife in the boy's face; the sub-text of that smile says, "take that you little male monster and remember.". His is one of pain, fear, and the seeds of hatred for all women. Inshallah
