The Senate is near certain to vote this week on legislation that would approve the oil-sands pipeline

Report today that Harry Reid wont let it come to a vote and the Democrats are 3-4 votes short of forcing it.

Is this legislation that would run contrary to the dog-eater and the EPA's actions? Wouldn't he veto it?

Is it just political theater?

A win-win for Conservatives.

If Dems DON'T pass it they dig themselves an even deeper whole. If they do pass it then it helps the economy by creating jobs.

The BIG question is: If it does pass will Obozo VETO it?
