If it was your niece, that you knew was a slut...already had a kid...and was already agreeing (probably already did), would you be able to put this 18yr old boy in jail for 25 years?

And somehow if she has been that active for a while I would suggest she was introduced to sex very young and for the girl’s sake I would set about trying to find out about that and maybe change her locality and social interactions.
You think all women who get raped are sluts? There is no evidence. The judge claimed this girl has been pregnant before, even though there is evidence against it.
Well said... I hope you aren't flamed for suggesting such. I mean... at some point a judge needs to adjudicate based on reason, not absolutes of zero tolerance, "and throw the key away" punishments.
I’m not one of those that believe a woman can say no after sex commences and THEN it becomes rape, not at all, but even a slut should be able to say no and not be forced. Your comment shows an astonishing lack of sense and wisdom.
