Regardless of what the judicial system does with Texass antiabortion law, its on-the-ground effects are unlikely to be reversed.

There were more than 40 clinics that provided abortions in Texas in 2011. There are now 20 still open, and after the law's last steps of implementation are taken in September, all but six are expected to close. Most of the closed clinics will never reopen, their operators say.
"I can't find anyone to deliver water or resurface the parking lot, because they're against abortion. I can't get someone to fix a leak in the roof," said Amy Hagstrom Miller, CEO of Whole Women's Health.

If they can force bakers to make cakes for Sodomites, they can force roofers to fix leaks for baby killers.

“Whole Women’s Health”
Can’t these people be honest about anything? What in the world does abortion have to do with a woman’s “whole health”?

As of now I don't believe there are any star chambers human rights tribunals in the State of Texas to make such demands. Let New Mexico and Colorado serve as a warning to Texans about creating one.
To: MeshugeMikey
Not quite. It is expected that only 6 will remain open fairly soon.
I would think that number would grow as some murder-rooms will be opened.
The lack of death is bothering the hell out of the abort cult.
Of course, Dems will soon be busing women to out-of-state murder-rooms anyway. Minority numbers must be held down, unless they are coming over the border, then it’s fine.

Contractors that must travel to your location may have a different standing than a service business “open to the walk-in public”.
Besides, what group are the contractors discriminating against? A religion - no, a race - no, a *gag* gender identity - no.
Nope, no discrimination here.

Some way. Taxes. Zoning. Health and Safety regulations. Licensing. Professional shunning. Mass picketing. Media-fare. Lawfare. Monkey warfare. Alinsky tactics. Shut 'em down, Period.

Consider the ones that will remain open, probably the well financed Planned Parenthood operations supported by the rich folk like Michael Bloomberg.
Regulation will take out the competition and keep Planned Parenthood clinics opened.
In my hometown, a Republican politician once told me he was “against abortion, but for birth control”. This politician considered “Pro-Life” by the local pro-life organization was taking into consideration wealthy contributors who give to the politicians when he said that.
