Exactly. She has that "Bride of Wildenstein" face. The appellation deriving from the face of socialite, Jocelyn Wildenstein, famous for her over-extensive plastic surgery which resulted in her self-desired "feline" look.
It's that unsettling cat-like look that Dim Congresswoman Harmon sports...and all the extensive make-up plastered on her mug doesn't help a thing.
Joan Rivers and many other "notables" have that same look....even "dudes" like Wayne Newton and Bruce Jenner have those weird and awful feline eyes derived from the surgeons' scalpels.
