The shock of the day: Moscow Police sincerely convinced that Putin is chuylo (pryck)
(translation)
When they say that all the jokes are born in life, it's true.
So the other day leadership of the Moscow police actually confirmed spicy anecdote.
On Wednesday, April 30, at Moscow's Red Square, police detained single picketer, who was holding a banner reading "chuylo". Police concluded that picketer insulted President Vladimir Putin.
Picketer was taken to the nearest police station, where he was charged with criminal case under article "insulting the president."
The detainees statement that he did not write any names, the policeman on duty replied: "Everyone is aware and we know who is the chuylo!"
Hey shelly! I just got an idea for a new executive order!
Bullcrap. There is no such an offence as ‘insultung the president’ in Russian law. Though, f-words are censored and public display of such a placard makes a misdemeanor there.
Spasebah. Under Obama we are just a hand lettered sign away from that sort of arrest in the states.

Which is why the Obamacons are beating the drums so hard to look outside the US right now. A foreign leader and foreign nation are necessary distractions from domestic decay and tyranny.
Everyone knows ‘chuylo’ is the better part of a man.
zer0 is more of a pantywaist in mom jeans.
Especially Obama. He's got chuylo on his breath.

Criminal Code of the Russian Federation
PART II. SPECIAL PART
Section X. crimes against the government
Chapter 32. CRIMES AGAINST MANAGEMENT ORDER
Article 319. Insulting a public official
Publicly insulting a government official in the performance of his duties or in connection with their performance -
punishable by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory works for a term of up to three hundred and sixty hours, or corrective works for the term up to one year.
You have to spit at officer or tear his uniform to have 319 imlpemented.
In this exact situation described in the news there won’t be any criminal charges for sure.
I will guess this is a fake, because it follows a typical pattern found in Russian jokes.
(an unrelated Russian joke.)
Petka wakes up in the morning all black and blue. He can’t understand what has happened. He asks (his roommate) Vasily what’s the matter with him. Why he is all over in shiners (bruises).
Vasily: You (remember being) drunk yesterday?
Petka: (I remember being) Drunk.
Vasily: I was silent when you insulted me, but then you s*** in the corner, put some matches in this heap and said, “This hedgehog will live with us!” I couldn’t stand (it) any longer!
Sounds like arbitrary enforcement to me.
I bet Obama wishes we had that law here...
c.w.
Got to give the background of the joke. Vastly is the bolshevik cavalry commander from the Russian Civil War Vasily Ivanich Chapaev and Petka is his sidekick.
All totalitarians are thin-skinned... it’s a ‘tell’.
All totalitarians are thin-skinned... it’s a ‘tell’. It means Putin might just be a jerk.
