That’s laughable. All the communist countries I have heard of are the worst polluters out there. Just look at Russia, China, North Korea, and Cuba.... All have massive pollution problems.
So we need totalitarianism.

Capitalism provides the means and motive for the accumulation of capital which will pay for the solutions needed, and the intensification of capital which will implement technological advances needed, to solve any crisis caused by climate change.
