Did V. Stiviano commit a crime when recording Donald Sterling?(California Recording Law) Digital Media Law page ^ | 4/29/2014

Supposedly, she was recording their conversations at his direction (kinda like Tricky Dick). If that's the case, the California Recording Law does not apply.

True,

But if he defends her in that 'hard to believe' claim, then he deserves whatever he gets.

Maybe he is scared that she has more dirt on him.

But that doesn't change anything regarding him.
