It’s the 17-year-old. The 12-year-old is very small for his age. The 10-year-old is the same height and a lot heavier, and the 8-year-old is close in height.
Our sons can be categorized physically as “the skinny boy” and “the big boy.” The skinny boys are 20, 12, and 8; the big boys are 17, 10, and 4.
Then we have “the genius boy” and “the regular boy.” The genius boys are 17, 12, and 8; the regular boys are 20, 10, and 4. (Actually, the 10-year-old is the “not the sharpest knife in the chandelier” model.)
