BS. I think MSNBC viewers got too lazy to get up every morning, dawn their swastika armbands and wave their red star flags all day. Laziness and free ObamaCare is what did in the MSNBC audience. Most of their audience are now either writing poetry or taking guitar lessons.

I’ve said many times that MSNBC is intended to spread the talking points to the liberal intelligentsia, not attract any significant number of viewers.
Since it’s owned by the insanely profitable Comcast, the MSNBC motto “where ideology trumps profits” is perfect.

I stand by my theory that Obamacare will kill this network, when people have to decide to pay their premiums, or their cable bill.

The MSNBC audience was never liberal nerd, and by demoting or dropping the favorite hosts of the audience, the network pushed away the loyal viewers that had helped MSNBC grow. The cumulative impact of these decisions has been a lot of viewer resentment and ill will. Viewer unhappiness is manifesting itself in the ratings. MSNBC's demographic consists of aging red-diaper babies and blacks.

There are quite a few black TV news people who could do his show...if he was their token black guy....
