Lift the cap and require full disclosure. The cap is unconstitutional, and shouldn’t exist at all. As for full disclosure, if pseudonyms were good enough for the authors of The Federalist, they are OK. Full disclosure opens the way to intimidation, which is what the Mormons were subjected to when they opposed gay “rights" (IIRC).
