That is the aftermath of the Mayflower AR tornado.

The video was taken soon after and posted to local TV.

The drone is owned by a Brian Emfinger of NW Arkansas. He lists himself as a storm chaser.

I googled the following in the search box:

who owned drone mayflower arkansas tornado

It returned many possible links. I opened a couple of pages that looked promising and found the guy's name. I then googled his name.

Very interesting. His other vids have anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand hits. This one (AR tornado) has over 1.7M hits!
