Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush has said that illegal immigration is like an "act of love" and promoted amnesty at a "Davos in the Desert" education conference in Arizona. Now, the potential 2016 GOP presidential contender has suggested that parts of America's immigration system should be more like Canada's.

Bush tweeted an article that discussed Canada's "express entry" immigration system that is set to be implemented in 2015. Canada will select immigrants who have skills that match those that employers need. Those immigrants who have a valid job offer will "receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence."(continued)

It should be like the Mexican Immigration laws.

Ha! Beat to the punchline!
It should be like the Mexican Immigration laws.
DING DING DING

Jeb should take his 7 year unemployed ass to Canada and try to get a fricken Doctor for his many ailments.;
Jeb how about we start keeping American jobs here?
Stop exporting American jobs to China.
Bring them home. Now.
It would never be passed in the US. Dems would never support it. Skilled immigrants would be less likely to "need" government assistance, thus less likely to be illegal democrat voters.
Sadmill, Sorry to tell you, you can get a doctor here quite easily and quickly if you have an ailment.
When amnesty is given to everybody out of love, what happens then to others that want to come in after amnesty is given?
If it is unloving now to not let people in, why wont it still not be unloving to not let the next bunch in?
Just trying to follow the logic
Wouldn`t it be all the more loving to just not have borders, just let everybody in
And, Jeb Bush should relocate to Montreal.
I have a friend from grad school who applied for residency in Canada. He was a pharmacist in Eastern Europe and his wife worked at an oil company in management. She, too, had a degree.
Despite this, she wasn't allowed into Canada for YEARS with their two kids. He had to re-certify his pharmacist credentials, which took more than a year. He was ‘t ever able to get a job as a Financial Engineer, which is what he studied alongside me.
Canada is not the example I would use if trying to highlight easy immigration.
Another Bush needs a job, but what jobs didn’t go south are filled, with applicants a dozen deep Senor Boosh you carpetbagging !%&*+0!@er!
Because Jeb's a racist.
Bingo!
Politicians don't use fact-based logic. They can say "more like Canada" and be totally false, and still get their objective, which is to fool the people into thinking the instant idea/policy is a good one.
So did the area that briefly became the Confederate States of America.
I am not “Sadmil” If you have $ that you have earned , you can obtain the goods and services that you deserve. otherwise it is COMMUNISM.
How about we just cut off all freebies to all illegals.
