To: Dilbert San Diego

Well, I see there are many businesses, etc., that will not accept/deliver to P.O. boxes as they require residential addresses. Why do we not do the same for absentee ballots? This, after all is a lot more serious subject. Ah, well.

I agree but I used to live in a rural area that did not have house numbering systems on the county roads. Would Rural Route 2 Box 181 be much different than a PO Box number as a means to creating frauddulent votes?

I believe I read somewhere that a bunch of fraudlent tax refunds went to one address. How hard can it be to write a line of code that will flag when more than 4 people attempt to get a tax return or register to vote at a single address?
