Are we racist for pointing out the obvious? Why are these the most dangerous neighborhoods?

I am not trying to be racist, but if you removed all the crimes committed by blacks, what would the overall crime rate look like? Oh, and illegals as well.

Just seems, in general of course, white Americans aren’t the problem.

There is confusion between being racist and describing a sub culture.

Being a culturist and discussing subcultures is not being racist. It seems pretty obvious that in the cited neighborhoods there is a criminal subculture that is a portion of a larger community that taken together is a minority of the American population.

The black urban subculture is inherently criminal all across the country.

A big part of the problem is how the population keeps putting the corrupt leaders who caused and perpetuate high rates of violent crime back into office. How many Chicago politicians have wound up in jail?

It's sad to say, but a population usually gets the political representation it deserves.
