Opponents say the ruling is the latest attempt by the socialist government to muzzle dissent amid widespread discontent with runaway inflation and record shortages.

Yes, but only because it is a repressive left wing dictatorship. Of course it doesn’t have to be fully left wing for El-Presidente, it just has to be repressive then it is good government. Socialist, fascist, muslim; it all all good as long as it is repressive.

Angola, Argentina, Brazil, China, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Mongolia, Nepal, Paraguay, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Uzebekistan and Zambia are among the nations that abstained from the voting at the 193-member General Assembly.
