Court revives challenge to Arizona Medicaid plan

The Arizona Court of Appeals has revived a lawsuit challenging Gov. Jan Brewer's expansion of the state's Medicaid insurance plan for the poor.

The court ruled Tuesday that lawmakers have the right to sue over a hospital assessment that funds the expansion.

I hate the way she strong armed the legislature to get her way on this issue. She forced them to keep voting until it passed. If it was such a good deal for Arizona, she wouldn’t have had to shove it down our throats.
