Unsure if we can post due to statement at end of article. Short AP article.
TOPICS: News/Current Events; Politics/Elections; US: Oklahoma
KEYWORDS:
My husband and I attended The Liberty Rally tonight for U.S Senate candidate TW Shannon from Oklahoma. U.S. Senator's Mike Lee and Ted Cruz spoke as did Sarah Palin. TW Shannon gave a wonderful speech and we truly have a candidate who will take on the establishment in BOTH parties.
It was a good size crowd with various media, local and national.

We can post short excerpts from the AP:
TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Hundreds turned out for a rally in Tulsa featuring three tea party favorites who support Republican Oklahoma state Rep. T.W. Shannon in his race for the U.S. Senate. Former Alaska Gov. and Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Mike Lee of Utah touted Shannon's conservative credentials and told the crowd that it's time to take the country back from what they call liberal leadership.
Palin, Cruz and Lee. That's a potent combo for a recommendation.

First time I'd heard Sarah in person.
She said Harry Reid is an opium dealer who needs rehab. OPM. Other People's Money.
She warned of coming media attacks and said "There's one thing that can deflect the darts, the arrows -- a prayer shield."
The misrepresentations are right there in the short AP excerpt which says "hundreds" were present, when "well over a thousand" and "standing room only" are more truthful.
TW Shannon will be a great Senator for Oklahoma.

Your observations are correct. There were well over a thousand people there. I got interviewed by a guy who said he was from Politico.
I will be praying for TW.
