The rhetoric from Russia is getting harder. They made it very clear after the Geneva agreement was signed that they expected Ukraine to disarm Right-Sector. The problem is that the Ukraine Government IS Right Sector at the moment.

Unlike the rhetoric from DC, they might actually follow through on it.

If Kiev does not immediately stop military operations against popular protest, Russia will call for an urgent UNSC meeting and in the worst case scenario reserves the right to deploy armed forces to stop bloodshed...

Well, I guess, John (I served in Vietnam) Kerry has his answer.

A lie. Right Sector does not have a single member in parliament. Though you are correct in making it clear that when Russia signed the agreement, they did so while planning to ignore the agreement by describing the Ukrainian government in its totality to be illegitimate, as well as its military. Hence, Ukraine itself must disarm and surrender to their Spetsnaz troops on the ground, who are yet attacking Ukrainian military bases, kidnapping and beating people, and killing others and dumping their bodies in the river.

A look to history may give insight to the future. Here is an interesting series of articles starting in 1992:

30 Killed in Ambush of Refugee Bus in Caucasus

Separatists in Georgia Look to Russia for Protection

Separatist Region in Georgia Votes on Independence

Accounts Undercut Claims By Georgia on Russia War

And, finally, from a German source: Russia Accuses Georgia of Aggression as EU Sends Mediators

Seems we have been here before.
