If someone is too poor to get an id, how do they get welfare or food stamps. Can I walk into the local services place tell them my name is barrack Obama (note, I am a 61 year old blond female) and will they just hand me my card for free food? No ID necessary? Do these eternally poor people who cannot afford a license, just get things on their pinkie swear? Can I pinkie swear and get my welfare check for me and my 26 children?
