State officials say 3.3 million more Californians have insurance today thanks to the Affordable Care Act. But another 3 to 4 million still lack coverage.
A big chunk of those without coverage are undocumented immigrants ineligible for coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Estimates goes a high as 1 million.
Senate Bill 1005 by Democratic state Sen. Ricardo Lara from Bell Gardens seeks to fix the problem. The bill would allow all Californians access to affordable health care coverage, regardless of immigration status. SB 1005 would create a mirror marketplace that would allow undocumented immigrants to purchase coverage similar to that offered by Covered California, the state health benefit exchange.

What alternative universe are these nimrods living in?? Why would an illegal go to the trouble of buying health insurance when they can just show up at the local ER and get treated on the taxpayer’s dime?

More and more I ask myself why do I work so hard to give away at least a 1/3 of my income to these morons. Maybe eveyone just needs to stop paying until they get the idea...
They will, of course, be expected to vote Democrat just as soon as they’re naturalized.

If we had a good way to take our finances “off grid” that might be possible. But the IRS can seize bank accounts any time they want. Don’t pay, they take it all.

Leftists in the UK did the same thing and now illegals are attracted to it due to all the “free” stuff the govt hands out.
It makes sense to round up all of the illegal immigrant lawbreakers and ship them all back home.
And all I have to do is give him all my bank account numbers so he can transfer the money! And then I got ANOTHER email; It too is from a KENYAN prince, and he wants to give me FREE healthcare for life!
