It won’t happen if they don’t have the food sources and clean water to support the population growth, or the natural resources and infrastructure to support it.
They’ve got the natural resources at least. That’s the one thing they have in abundance.
But, what if a group of liberty minded individuals were to carve out a coastal city, write a Constitution much like our own, and thrive there much like Hong Kong?
