Let’s not get suckered into Brussels’ new Cold War with Russia. The roles have been reversed since the Soviet Union collapsed, and it is NATO now on the march eastward. The next and greatest strongman will rise from the EU, and the once-sovereign nations of Europe will be powerless to prevent his rise.
We’re not in much better shape than the Soviet union was at the end of the cold war. All Russia had to do was sit back and watch us spend ourselves into oblivion for a couple of decades and now that we’re helpless they’re free to do pretty much as they please.
