Exactly. Most were probably people who had coverage before and who lost it when the insurance companies canceled their policies. Repeal Obamacare without some sort of solution for them and what do they do?
Well, they'll either go bankrupt, or default to converting their version of MediCaid into a managed care/subsidized premium system that you could buy into.
