When you compare the test scores of whites or asians only, the ranking of the states in regards to education completely changes.
Even a half admission from a liberal is progress I guess. They know they’ve decimated the inner cities of this country but as long as the elites of the Democratic Party can keep real “Uncle Tom” sellout blacks like Shelia Jackson Lee, Maxine Waters, Charlie Rangel, and other liberal blacks in elected office then nothing will ever change.
