No. She knew exactly what she was doing, knew what a disaster it was, knew what the outcome would be and went along full throttle.
She’s basically moving on from a meager $200 grand a year as a cabinet member to $2 million a year as a lobbyist / consultant / etc.
A very myopic article. That KS was chosen as “scapegoat” is ENTIRELY DESERVED. No, it is not her fault that the law sucks...that is not the topic! She was the secretary. She oversaw the development of the website which might have cost taxpayers 50-100x as much as it would have had it not been given to one of Michelles’ many pals. This was a long term, trophy project that fell on its ass enormously.
Poor Kathleen can rot in hell for all I care. My heart bleeds for her getting paid and paid well with taxpayer money without the slightest shred of responsibility for her exceptionally poor supervision.

But I have not one ounce of sympathy for her. She is a very evil woman without a conscience who willingly signed up to be Obama’s henchwoman. The consequences come with the territory.
Kathleen Sebelius is no more a scapegoat than was Cruella de Vil, the latter lamenting that the Humane Society is scapegoating her for “needing” a coat made of Dalmatian fur.
Sebelius is not just a fallen Catholic. She has gone full on to worshiping Moloch, or some other pagan death god. Thus she should get no more consideration than Kali high priest Mola Ram in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
