I’m pretty sure they are looking at ways to interrupt communications of patriots / conservative types online or mislead them by spreading disinformation. It may be part of the reason they said they were transferring ownership of the Internet to Russia. It gives them the perfect excuse if they are really partners with them and have them disrupt communications. They can say, hey its out of our hands and we can’t do anything about it. Sort of like plausible deniability.
Obammie turning the Internet over to some world organization sounds like
