In my lifetime, the Federal Government has always been an opposition, but never a threat to kill people for simply standing up to them.

Until now....

I hear you. I'm looking into joining my State militia. I've done a little research on them. I meet or exceed all requirements for gear and physical fitness... Have to do some serious thinking about the time and $ commitment. But if it is important enough...

Good luck to you. The civilian militias need to be a cadre force, prepared to fill out when the need arrives, IMO.
