Here's my nut job conspiracy theory. After Obama gets his amnesty, DHS will swear in hundreds of thousands of spanish speakers as federal officers. And THEY will be issued the firearms and billions of bullets the Government has been buying.

I caught a snippet a few days ago that the BLM was bringing in officers from out of state. My take on that is that they were not completely comfortable with the loyalty of the local guys to do the violence thing if it came to it.
