Nevada Standoff: April 12th - A historic day when the people rose up and forced tyrants to retreat.

by Gina Cassini | Top Right News

The media's version of the end of the Bundy Ranch siege is that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) simply "left" the ranch and "returned" the cattle out of the goodness of their hearts. CBS News even outrageously reported that the BLM "released the cattle to help restore order and avoid violence"! This despite widely-seen video of BLM thugs tasing Bundy's son and shoving a pregnant woman to the ground. And the protesters never threatened violence in any way during the nearly one-week siege.

The real story was that the BLM refused to give back the cattle, and would not leave the property or disarm, to which they had agreed. The result was an epic standoff that reporter David Knight described as being like “something out of a movie.”

Thank you. I wish they could interview them at the same time though so Harry (Potter) couldn’t hide so easy.

“Sue and Settle “ practices, sometimes referred to as “friendly lawsuits”, are cozy deals through which far-left radical environmental groups file lawsuits against federal agencies wherein court-ordered “consent decrees” are issued based upon a prearranged settlement agreement they collaboratively craft together in advance behind closed doors. Then, rather than allowing the entire process to play out, the agency being sued settles the lawsuit by agreeing to move forward with the requested action they and the litigants both want.

In other words, the agency throws the case, somewhat like Bre’r Rabbit agreeing to be thrown into a favorite brier-patch. A big difference however, is that in this case, Farmer McGregor andMr. Rabbit were partners in the scam from the beginning. It’s the unwary American public that actually does get caught in the thorns.

While the environmental group is given a seat at the table, outsiders who are most impacted are excluded, with no opportunity to object to the settlements. Accordingly, both the litigants and the defendant agency, operating in coffee bars and friendly courtroom shadows, avoid the harsh outside glare of oversight. No public notice about the settlement is released until the agreement is filed in court…after the damage has been done.”

I received the following e mail today, so can’t vouch for it’s authenticity, but it came from a good source:
__________________________________________________________

A correspondent Richard W released this woman’s account of her trip to support Bundy: She’s an attorney in LA.

Subject: Here’s what the news won’t say about what really happened in Nevada from a person that went there, drove there from L.A.:

“I rolled into Laughlin really early, like 5:30 am. So many people had shown up, that we decided to leave in groups. A second group to leave at 8Am as scheduled. Ours was a big group too. About two dozen cars, loaded with passengers.

The highway was almost empty until near Mesquite. Then it was a traffic jam. Motor homes, campers, ATVs running along side the freeway, motorcyles, vehicles, every thing you could possibly imagine. Everyone on their way to Bunkersville. Then it about stopped, just inching along.

Word traveled down the traffic line that the feds had blocked the road just out of Mesquite and were searching vehicles for weapons and cell phones. Cell phones were confiscated and smashed. The people were given a chit for $30.00 redemption value. I left my phone at home. Some of us that had four wheel drives decided to just leave the road and head overland. As we got closer to the ridge, we were stopped by armed militia. We could not go any further. We could wait, or turn around and go back to the road.

Men, that I suspect were special forces, had climbed the ridge from the back side and captured the snipers. They were at that moment coming down the ridge to take them to Mesquite where they would be let go. They weren’t prisoners, they were just going to be replaced by friendlies.

Because of the roadblock on I-15, people refused to be searched, and refused to turn back. They just pulled off the road and parked. It was like a dam backing up a river. Soon the feds were trapped between the Americans who had already gotten through, and the Americans that had been stopped on the highway. The BLM agents went into full panic mode and called for help. LVPD which had REFUSED to show up to help Americans HAD to show up to rescue BLM that was now trapped and helpless. The blockade was SEVEN MILES LONG! That’s a potload of people.

A group of armed Americans along with local cowboys went to Mesquite to liberate the cows that had been confiscated and held by BLM. They were being driven back home in an old fashioned cattle drive. The feds say it was voluntary, don’t believe it.

I was basically standing around twiddling my thumbs when the word came down that the Director of BLM had surrendered and all forces would be withdrawn. I could not go on. The road was blocked and would be blocked probably for the rest of the day at least. A bunch of us turned around and left. It was over.

There was THOUSANDS of people there, and more arriving every minute. The ranch, Gold Butte, the entire area was completely surrounded by Americans. The highway was completely blocked in both directions of people trying to get through. Everyone was very peaceful and friendly. No fights or anything. There was a rumor in the line, that some of the mercenaries hired by the feds had defected and were now on the side of the Americans.

I came back and immediately saw this pack of lies and half truths.

At one point, I-15 was closed in both directions, about seven miles south of Mesquite, because protesters had blocked the freeway. Nearly two dozen police officers and a SWAT unit were at the scene to keep the peace and assist the BLM enforcement officers to safely leave the area. They were scared crapless!”

This report from 8 news Now may be a total lie. They are NBC and proving it on this ranch debacle.

The bearded “operator” (ranger, whatever)...Who was that guy???

Where were his credentials, and authority to speak from their side of the barrier???

There was nothing I saw, or identified ANYTHING on that person to give him any authority, lawful or hired-hand, to warrant such instructions or power to negotiate...

I would not have spoken to him beyond asking him for his name, badge or enforcement credentials or signed contract to operate in that capacity, furnishing a copy of said orders with signatures showing who hired these guys...

Those are the kinds of things people need to be asking and getting answers to...

It is clear all hell will soon break lose. Reid is scared— panicked. The feds will not do it on tax day. But by Saturday they will make the biggest mistake in our history— even worse than when they killed Christians at Waco on Hillary’s orders. You will see raging chaos, for months. LEAVE BUNDY ALONE!!

Might be true.

Someone else pointed out the Bearded Ones were most likely Iraq / Afghan war vets/contractors who need the beard for masculinity cred among the Muzzholes.

Probably true. In which case they are BLM contractors now and I have no idea how they end up with U.S. LEO enforcement credentialing in that case. They aren't Park Police, Marshall's service, or anything usual. Maybe deputized BLM officers?

Undoubtedly they have some flimsy legal fig leaf.

Reid is scared— panicked

That's definitely true.

By making the threats he all but admitted he's behind it. If he'd professed his innocence and thrown his sympathy to Bundy, there would be shred of doubt.

There's none now. He's clearly the instigator, for whatever reason.
