You are correct. We could have been reading in the headlines the next few weeks about members of both sides killed, gnashing of teeth, finger pointing and funerals and further division. Memorials of what America use to be. . . . . And of course investigations and hearings on what occurred.

Somebody should be commended for ordering standing down. But that no less demands hearings and investigations of what occurred to prevent it from happening again in the future.
