How can you not know that? Why are you dissing birthers if you’re not even aware that Obama and his literary agents were the first so-called birthers? Are you really that uninformed? If so, you need to apologize. You’re in no position to demean people so much more knowledgeable than yourself.

John Kerry lied (while in high school) about being "from Oslo" (it's in his bio on the liner notes of his garage band The Elecrtras circa early 60s).

Some Obama "pals" have stepped forward to say that he sold himself as being foreign born (so he could be "above them" when he trash talked America).

Where these people WERE born abroad, they certainly said they were.

Obama was party to marketing a book on the basis of his ‘born in Kenya’ beginnings, which ended with his being the president of the Harvard Law Review. I.e.: a book proposal was marketed with this pitch, and a six figure advance was solicited and awarded for the book in question, Journeys in Black and White. This is different from the examples you offered. If Obama was not born in Kenya, he was a party to fraud.
