No argument that the Confederate Battle Flag is political and hence the most protected of all speech.
Students are required to attend school through compulsory attendance laws.
It is not required that they drive to school, nor that the school provide parking lots.
They can ride the bus—yeah, it’s uncool. But they can.
And bus riding is also a privilege. They can walk.
Free speech and guns are as close to we get to absolutes in this society. "Congress shall make no law" and "shall not be infringed." These educrats have no right to proscribe free speech.
Wait a second. I think the public own the buses too.
