There needs to be a mechanism for getting a special prosecutor without the approval of Holder.

The way it is right now it seems like a corrupt president can break the law with impunity as long as he nominates an AG with no integrity or morals. The system of checks and balances is completely broken right now. Maybe the president shouldn't be allowed to pick the AG. That might be OK for normal politicians but not for criminals who are trying to destroy the country.
