Government meddling in health care has given us a system where “cheating” on medicare/medicaid billing is necessary to remain solvent and provide care. It’s either that or refuse to treat the hapless medicare/medicaid patients. I can imagine how hard it would be to turn away a suffering patient because you cannot afford to treat them.

I don't know where they came up with the three (3) million number. It just is not there. Medicaid pays nothing, but the doctors must see them and do not have the tax option of charitable care. Medicare just does not reimburse that much. A clinician is lucky to be paid 15% of the reported numbers. This is pure propaganda. I have not figured out the reason for the narrative, but heads up. There is something very bad in the works.
