Attorney General Eric Holder admitted Tuesday that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was in the process of looking at the use of domestic drones.
Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, questioned Holder during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, asking the Attorney General if he believed if the Federal Aviation Administration or Congress should regulate of drone use.
Would you think that it would be better that Congress intervene and employ legislation safeguarding the Fourth Amendment, right of privacy basically on citizens or do you suggest as Attorney General that the FAA still control who gets a drone or not? Poe asked.
Holder did not specifically address Poes question but reveled some details of the use of drones in the Justice department....

A Gatling gun in .22LR would work well in that application.

Think outside the box. Something much simpler and readily available.

Somewhere, there is a box on the ground where men fly these drones. Somewhere nearby is a dining facility.

Im sure if theres another Waco-type event youll see the BATF with quite an armada of mil spec drones. If there is another Waco-style event, they are going to need air cover.

We just simply need to build anti-drone drones. Cheap knockoffs that are expendable and crash into the nice expensive ones so we can have and use them.

Cruz had to ask Holder FOUR TIMES if he thought it’d be legal to use a drone inside of the USA to blow up an American sitting in Starbucks:

(3 min)
It’s pretty clear Holder believes he could.

Easy solution. Locate, close with and kill the drone operators and their families until no one wants to operate drones anymore.
Don’t boo-hoo or bemoan me; the federal government is gearing up to do the same with you and yours should they feel they have a reason; they just haven’t armed the drones over America yet (that we know of). In the meantime, they will just go about conventional methods as always ala Waco and Ruby Ridge (women and children hardest hit; fact).

The way to take out drones is to take out their bases and supply lines.
Once they're up, you're a target.

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.
