When you look at holder, you see a man with a sad, bewildered look on his face (fake or otherwise), as he fumbles for words that translate to nothing. He just repeats the same mantra, and then can't handle confrontation when Louie or Trey ask him pointed questions, and keep pounding until holder answers.
