The US sanctions against the Kremlin have turned out to have an unintended and quite amusing effect. Apparently in putting Kremlin presidential Chief Of Staff Sergei Ivanov on its boycott list, the Obama Administration apparently overlooked the fact Sergei Ivanov is as common a male name in Russia... as John Smith would be a common American male name in the US! USPS thinks all Russian Sergei Ivanovs work in the Kremlin. This one was too good to be true.
