I have never believed alcoholism is a disease, but for the same of argument, let's say it is. I assume then, that they mean being white is a disease, ergo, they want to wipe out the disease. I think many of them would like to do that.
Because when the Chinese take over, their (non-Chinese) status is going to go through the roof. They won’t know what “hierarchy” means until then. The Chinese elite don’t even show that much consideration for their own peasants.
