Yes, and they are here in the USA as well.....however they are simply used by higher powers than they can attain to. They are one of the chosen thugs among others to do the dirty work...but have no power themselves ....though they seek it.
I can show you sources that say Russia has more Neo-Nazi's than any other country.
There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing Neo-Nazi activity and violence in Russia.
There is at least one Russian parliament member who defends these groups.
The attempt to broadbrush Ukrainians as Nazis is Russian propaganda. Ukrainians deserve the right to determination their future and I hope they are able to do that. Elections are scheduled for May.
