The original 1951 392 was a small block, wasn’t it?

392 was the ultimate of the early hemis. The first Chrysler hemi was a 331. The smallest was a 1953 Dodge with a 241. Chrysler (FirePower), DeSoto (Firedome), and Dodge (Red Ram) all had the hemi motors in different years and models but each brand had its own unique displacements. I had a ‘55 Dodge pickup with a 270.
