In late March, President Obama took a week-long trip through Europe which included a stop of less than 24 hours in Brussels, Belgium for meetings with the European Union and NATO. The president stayed at The Hotel, a twenty-seven story hotel in the center of the city. The estimated cost for the president's stay, including about two weeks for an advance team, was $1,522,646.36.

Mrs WBill and I are going to save for our retirement for almost 40 years. We're not there yet, by far, there's still a long way to go. But - that's 40 years of - not exactly doing without, but not doing with as much. Eating PB&J's for lunch, instead of going out with my co-workers. Having "staycations" and painting the house, instead of calling up a painter, then jetting off to Disney (or whereever). 40 years of careful study, reading, learning, financial management and accepting all of the risks involved ..... to hopefully make it across the finish line.....
With some good fortune, and a lot of hard work, we *might* make it to the dollar figure BO blew through on an overnight as a part of his European Junket.

And this bill is for Zer0 and only 1/3rd of the 900 lackeys that went on the trip. That should put the total tab around $4.5 million of our dollars.
