They did smell, I use work down by Wall street and you could smell them over a block away. One day in particular I remember turning the corner and basically getting slapped in the face by the stench. It smelled like a bunch of those Port-a-lavs had spilled out into the street, that’s how bad it was. And Bloomberg - the guy who bans soda - let them stay there almost a year. Soda is bad. Vomiting from a constant stench is good.
Maybe they’ll raise a stink about six years of DC leadership failure and no jobs.
