These numbers are whatever they want them to be. Every time the interest rates on treasury’s start to rise then they have a weak job report. And the interest rate was rising all week. Until now.

Someone who’s not been following this would have a hard time knowing that this is actually 326,000 new people filing for unemployment. They’d think there was only an increase of 16,000 for a total of 326,000 unemployed people.

They also wouldn’t know that the increase is actually more because this number will be revised up.
