Why does Carr let this bird sub in unless its that Sandi woman (kissy-face w/ McPhee and loathsome O-voter Col. Hunt) - well I answered my own q. Someone had it on a Carrshow thread that Sandi practically runs the station as mega-producer.
Not exactly homely, but her face does complement her voice and her tediousness.
