How is that “overreaction”? Should they continue cooperating with aggressor?
Because it is an invitation to Russia to cut off NASA cooperation, meaning we have no way to get to the ISS, that we paid/are paying for, as well as cutting off the main supply rout to Afghanistan.
IMO, this may force Putin to ratchet things up, as well.
