” ‘Jewish domination of the media’ prevents Americans from putting the Holocaust in context.”

Would that be the context of millions of Christians who died because of the Nazis? Or would that be the context that the Nazi movement was a pagan, homosexual, environmentalist movement?

Nazism had a number of internal contradictions, which are resolved when you remember that the leadership started as a bunch of beerhall bullies in Bavaria without the collective intellectual horsepower to run an electric toothbrush.

Nazis did some neo-pagan things, they whomped up their phony pseudoarchaeological "evidence" using the SS-Ahnenerben into a "history" of the German Volk that was a mixture of Milly-Molly-Mandy and Bram Stoker. It was intellectually grisly, and no serious person has ever again paid their pretensions any attention since the Red Army blew up the SS-Ahnenerben's museum, institute, and institutional stronghold at Wewelsburg.

But Himmler always asked of every candidate who asked to join the SS, whether he was gottglaeubig, which means "a believer in God". Anyone who said no, was turned away and given other duties. The SS had no use for atheists.

The bite was in the further question, "What God? What sort of a God?" Because that Old Nazi Religion was unlike anything eastern Europe had seen since before the time of St. Cyril. It was very strange stuff, long on torchlit mummery and penny-opera, and short on intellectual seriousness and serious advocates.
