Before the Obama administration gave an inaccurate narrative on national television that the Benghazi attacks grew from an anti-American protest, the CIA’s station chief in Libya pointedly told his superiors in Washington that no such demonstration occurred, documents and interviews with current and former intelligence officials show.
The attack was “not an escalation of protests,” the station chief wrote to then-Deputy CIA Director Michael J. Morell in an email dated Sept. 15, 2012 — a full day before the White House sent Susan E. Rice to several Sunday talk shows to disseminate talking points claiming that the Benghazi attack began as a protest over an anti-Islam video.
That the talking points used by Mrs. Rice, who was then U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, were written by a CIA that ignored the assessment by its own station chief inside Libya, has emerged as one of the major bones of contention in the more than two years of political fireworks and congressional investigations into the Benghazi attack.

At this point the regime doesn’t care at all about Benghazi. They got to stay in the white house and finish destroying America. Mission accomplished! And remember they wanted to promote Susan Rice to a cabinet position shortly after her lie tour on the talk shows. It was her payoff for being a good little minion. I’m sure that deal was made with her before she went out to lie and carry water for the regime.
One would think the republicans should be smart enough to connect all of these dots. But do they really want to?

Why no heavy defensive weapons at Bengazi? Cuz the plan worked out AHEAD OF TIME relied on swift and accurate support by US aircraft.
The SEALs lasing from the vulnerable rooftop were FOLLOWING THE PLAN.
They trusted and BELIEVED their superiors. They were true to their creed.
How likely is it that folks on the radio were re-assuring them that US aircraft were inbound, just minutes away?
It is virtually certain.
THOUSANDS of people behind the scenes were moving heaven and earth for those men, but the SMALLEST and most important job —namely for the Prez to say the word GO— was heartlessly ignored.
ONE WORD, and it was too much for him.
And NO ONE is being punished.
One thing to be clear on, when reading articles on this subject, is that there are TWO CIAs.
One is the mainstream CIA.
The other is the State Department’s CIA.
Perhaps she was too busy dodging sniper fire?
One that ‘flies under the radar’ for Congressional approval to ‘go to war’?
