The problem is the dead end candidate. aka delusional candidate. These are candidates who will NEVER have any money, NEVER have any viability, and generally are just plain nuts.

There are ample true conservatives with real resources. We just have to stop wasting time with deadenders who are often funded by democrats.

I totally agree!

But I am not sure it is the democrats who are funding them. I think the GOP elites push a lot of these candidates to run for offices. Then they have them scream "hey look at me, I'm a conservative." After they get your attention, the candidate totally pulls a disappearing act! Steve Stockman comes to mind!
