Yeah, the story notes that, but the family wants to force the armed citizen to rack up thousands of dollars in legal fees so that their armed robber thug can get their "justice."

Never mind the fact that they DID get their justice.

If you watch the video until the end, it’s states the hero is protected from being sued by the castle doctrine.

There was another recent case where a citizen shot and killed a thug who had a handgun trained on a clerk.

The criminal's family said, I'm not kidding, that since the citizen had a chance to run away rather than defend the clerk that he should have just run away - and that he shouldn't have said anything about it to anyone.

They specifically said he should have not called police or anything because it "wasn't any of his business."
